Owner and tattoo artist Ryan Smith transferred his artistic and eloquent designs onto clothes, accessories, and graphic kits. The brand's latest tees are the Fallen Angel, the Blaq Wing and the Conflicted T-shirt, three shirts in black or white manifesting the design of a woman with wings. All have fine print and are made with 100% cotton. Another very unique shirt is the Skull Geisha T-shirt, a bright colored men's tee with the imprint of the famous Geisha in a bony facial structure. There is also a female version of the shirt, together with the SG Morgan tee, a woman's top designed with an Asian female as its print. The Sullen Animal Love tank top is also every effeminate; it's a dark flattering singlet with bold red prints. The Mother Roses hoodies and shirt are also some of the brand's latest and creatively made shirts.

As for caps, the Sullen 20k cap is a gold and black trucker cap that spells simplicity and class. The red and black Scraps hat on the other hand, is a traditional and funky looking cap that will mesh well with hip-hop apparel.
